You've got to love this gorgeous pair of Turkish silver filigree earrings from the 1950s or 60s. They are beautiful and elegant. The top floral top part constructed in filigree connects to the teardrop bottom part that is decorated with twisted roping. A green glass or semi-precious stone cabochon sits at the center. The earrings are marked "KETE 900" on the back. I assume that Kete is the maker. The 900 refers to the purity of metal: 90% pure silver.

In excellent vintage condition, this very elegant pair of earrings are ready to be worn again.
